Ray Ban Sunglasses

When was the last time you tried on a pair of sunglasses – and really looked good? That was the feeling I got when I tried on for the very first time, the latest Ray-ban Wayfarer sunglasses. It made me feel cool, it made me feel hip. And most of all, it gave me the feeling of security that my Ray-ban sunglasses can protect me not only from the wind, dust and rain but also from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays (UVB).

Still my romance with Ray-ban sunglasses started out a long time ago, when I was still a young spring chicken. I was just out of college at that time, as I recall. I was a young cub reporter who was always on the beat – moving from one place to another, interviewing people, mostly on the road.

I loved my job but since I was on the road most of the time, I had to also protect my eyes from the harsh glare of sunlight during summer. Plus, summer was one of those times when dust winds abound, so I had to protect my eyes from the elements.

One day, while passing through an optical store, I saw this really nifty pair of Ray-ban sunglasses. The frame was in a tortoiseshell color and the lenses were colored green. I bought it at that very minute – and I never looked back! I was hooked on Ray-ban sunglasses.

What made me fall in love with this brand? It was basically because aside from looking good wearing it, it gave full protection for my eyes from harmful UVB rays of the sun. Like Lieutenant John MacCready who requested the Bausch & Lomb company to create the Ray-Ban sunglasses, I need a kind of sunglasses that were fully functional for my needs to shield my eyes from the sun.

Likewise, my Ray-ban Wayfarer Sunglasses were a virtual fashion statement. Aside from myself, the likes of very famous Hollywood stars were also wearing them, such as Tom Cruise in the movie “Risky Business”, Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, and Will Smith in “Men in Black”.

So when you need to buy new sunglasses, just pay a visit to one of the Sunglass Hut shops in your neighborhood – and get yourself a really fashionable Ray-ban sunglasses!
