Draped Bust (1795–1803) – This Silver Dollar Coin has Lady Liberty on the obverse and a bald eagle on the reverse side. (Actually the bald eagle form varies as there are two types of reverse image in this coin issue). It is equal to 100 cents. Designer is John Eckstein.

Gobrecht Dollar (1836–1839) – This Silver Dollar Coin has Seated Lady Liberty on the obverse and a bald eagle in flight on the reverse side. It was minted in small quantities. Designer is Christian Gobrecht.

Seated Liberty (1840–1873) – This Silver Dollar Coin has Seated Lady Liberty holding the Union Shield on the obverse and a bald eagle in flight on the reverse side. It was minted in larger quantities. Designer is Christian Gobrecht.

Trade Dollar (1873–1878) – This Silver Dollar Coin was issued for trading purposes. Now there is information that these dollar coins were minted in China. Actually true ones were supposed to be minted in San Francisco. Designer is William Barber.

Morgon Dollar (1878–1904), (1921) – This Silver Dollar Coin has Lady Liberty’s face on the obverse and a bald eagle in flight on the reverse side. Designer is George T. Morgan.

Peace Dollar (1921–1935) – This Silver Dollar Coin has Lady Liberty’s face on the obverse and a perched bald eagle on the reverse side. Designer is Anthony de Francisci.
